Services Provided. Kompacity Solutions provides digital infrastructure, web design, and marketing strategy services. Our "Free Site Preview" is a no-obligation draft provided to demonstrate our capabilities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Payments, Hosting, and Refunds.
The Pilot Build (First-Time Clients): We offer a "Review Before You Pay" model strictly for the initial draft of your first website project. Once you approve the draft and we begin the live launch process on your custom domain, the $710 Service Fee becomes due.
Future Work & Updates: For all subsequent projects, content updates, or additional services, payment is required upfront before work begins.
Hosting & Maintenance: The recurring $44/month fee is billed monthly. This ensures your "Digital Engine" stays online, secure, and connected to your professional email.
No Refunds: Once a site is launched on your custom domain, or once an upfront payment for updates is processed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds because our costs (hosting, domain, and expert labor) are committed immediately.
Ownership and Intellectual Property. Once full payment is received, you own the final website design. However, Kompacity Solutions retains the right to display the work in our professional portfolio. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photos or logos you provide to us.
Limitation of Liability. Kompacity Solutions and PT Kompacity Indonesia Jaya are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruptions.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, where our parent company, PT Kompacity Indonesia Jaya, is registered.
